1. Announce that Pol Pot (aka Saloth Sar) and Ieng Sary had truly committed the crime of genocide;

2. Announce the sentence to death of the above names, Pol Pot (aka Saloth Sar) and Ieng Sary;

3. Announce the confiscation of all properties belong to Pol Pot (aka Saloth Sar) and Ieng Sary;

4. Announce the confiscation of evidences and documents related to the crime and hand over to the ministry of security and the ministry of defense for safe keeping;

5. Pol Pot (aka Saloth Sar) and Ieng Sary have a rights to submit request to the Peoples Revolutionary Council of Kampuchea for pardoning within 7 days from the date this decision post in the Office of the Court and the Office of Phnom Penh Peoples Committee;

6. Authorize to post this court decision in the Office of the Court and Office of the Phnom Penh Peoples Committee.
